- Locate the item you want to purchase and click on “Add to cart” to add the product to your cart
- If there are more items you would like to purchase, simply repeat step 1 above
- Click on “View Cart” to see the items. You can apply a “coupon code” or “gift voucher” if you have one
- Click on “Proceed to Checkout” in the pop up
- Register an account or Login into your existing account by entering your Email and password
- Enter or update your shipping/billing information, ensuring your address is complete and accurate
- Choose your preferred payment option (and follow through the payment process)
- Click on “Place order” to complete your order
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email notification showing every detail of your order. We will also put a call through to you for confirmation where necessary. Please note that this confirmation is a mandatory step before we can process your order.

MallforLagos ensures prompt delivery of products to customers within Lagos state typically within 24 – 72 business hours, given the location and other conditions.
We will send you updates of your order via email. Once your order has been shipped, you can track the status by using the “Track order” functionality on the site. Simply enter your order ID and Billing email and click on “Track”.
To ensure prompt delivery to our esteemed customers, your order may be delivered by Luztow Logistics, or by other registered courier companies, or by the seller/authorized seller’s agents. You will be contacted prior to or on the same day the delivery has been scheduled, to confirm your availability to receive your order.
Yes, we can arrange for your order to be delivered outside of Lagos. However, this will be purely on a prepaid basis. Other terms and conditions will apply.
Our dispatch personnel would call you before attempting the delivery. If you would be unavailable to receive your item, kindly reschedule the delivery to the date that best suits you or assign someone to receive the order on your behalf. Please note that your order will be cancelled after 2 re-delivery attempts.
Yes it can. However, this depends on the product ordered, time of order and the location for delivery.

MallforLagos has three payment options to choose from: Pay on Delivery, Online Payments, and Bank Transfer. When you place your order on our website, these options are displayed and you can choose the payment option that best suits you. Your online payments are protected through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your payment card to ensure your details are 100% safe.
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional dispatch charges. The price indicated on the website is the final price. Our prices are all inclusive; all taxes are included with the list prices. All warranties are manufacturer warranties, we do not offer special warranties on products advertized on the site.
