At MallforLagos, we always strive to ensure that your overall shopping experience is a memorable one, from your first click to the delivery of your order.

 

Shipping

Shipping charges are applied based on order weight.  For Bulk purchases and special orders, shipping charges are calculated on flat rate bases.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

Customer orders will typically be delivered within 24 – 72 business hours after order confirmation. Same-day delivery is also available for select items and locations.

An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. Upon placing your order, an email notification containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location will be sent to you.

In the event that certain deliveries may take more than the standard 72 business hours delivery timeline due to exigencies, we will proactively keep you abreast of such.

 

Customized Products

Some customized items in our catalogue are made especially upon request. Delivery for such items would take longer than usual. Please read the details available on the product page carefully before placing the order.
